1. Who is going to use this site?
E-hort is a great tool for landscape contractors and landscape architects. Because of the amount of information available on E-hort, any person or group with a horticulture need will use E-hort.

2. How do I pay for E-hort?
E-hort allows you to either pay through your pay pal account or to be invoiced. If you choose to be invoiced, your information will not be made available on our site until the invoice is paid.

3. Do you accept credit cards?
Currently we do not accept credit cards as a form of payment. We will accept payment through pay pal or a business check.

4. How does my information get on your site?
When you sign up for E-hort you will be able to create a user name and password and from there you will be prompted in order to begin inputting information. Our site is very user friendly and it should take no time at all to put your entire availability and price list on our site.

5. I am not good with computers, can E-hort put my information on the site?
E-hort, for a fee of $10 per hour, will input your information onto the site. We would ask that you email us a copy of your availability and price list to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . From there we will input all of your product information.
Once the information is on the site, E-hort will invoice you for the inputting.

6. How do I put my photos onto the site?
Once you finish entering a line item, our site will prompt you on when and how to upload your photos. Having trouble, call 727-452-6779 for assistance.

7. I just finished inputting all of my information and pictures, why is it not visible on your site?
There could be two reasons why your information is not visible:

1.You just finished and the system has not finished updating. In that case,wait a few moments and you should see all your information on the site.
2. You chose to be invoiced, instead of pay through pay pal. Once your payment has been received, all of your information will be visible on the site.

8. How do you plan on advertising your site?
E-hort will be attending every major trade show around the country in order to promote this site. E-hort will be placing ads in all the major periodicals of the horticulture industry. E-hort also sends out newsletters, flyers, and brochures to the landscape contractors and landscape architects.

9. Is E-hort only available in Florida?
Currently E-hort is open for the state of Florida. We are in the process of expanding our website to all 50 states.

10. I just joined E-hort, can I add more advertising before my yearly renewal?
Yes, E-hort allows you to add as much advertising as you see fit. Each item that you purchase is for one year, the year simply begins from when you add your new advertising.

11. I don’t have a logo, what do I do?
One of the services that E-hort provides is logo design. For $350 for eight hours of work, a graphic designer will work with you to come up with your ideal logo.

12. What if I go over my eight hours while working with a graphic designer on my logo?
After the eight hours of work, E-hort charges an additional $50 per hour until the logo is to your satisfaction.

13. What other services do you offer?
E-hort also allows businesses to design advertising pages and websites.

14. Are you a member of any professional organization?

Yes, E-hort is currently a member of the FNGLA and is in the process of joining many of the other major groups.
